harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few.”
We are convinced that the Lord of the harvest has already placed the laborers we desperately need within our congregations. Many believers have the desire, but may lack the training and confidence that comes with a Bible education. Our passion is that God will use this Bible institute as a tool to raise up and equip a generation of godly leaders.
Here at the Grace Baptist Bible Institute, we believe the most life changing results are seen when both the academics and applications are exercised in the life of a believer. James 1:22 exhorts us to be “doers of the Word and not hearers only.” Our plan is that as our students are equipped in the classroom, they will become more willing and effective while ministering in the local church.
GRACE BAPTIST BIBLE INSTITUTE
The Grace Baptist Bible Institute is a ministry of Grace Baptist Church and strives to be the most practical Bible School you could possibly attend. We believe it is the scriptural responsibility of the local church to train its laborers. Many pastors lay down every night exhausted with a familiar verse on their weary minds, “the ha

Major Prophets III: The Book of Ezekiel
Class #2: Starts at 7:20 pm
Ezekiel wrote in a time of crisis for the nation of Judah, as invading armies threatened them on every side. This course will cover Ezekiel’s ministry in the years before the fall of Jerusalem, as well as the years during the captivity of Judah. We will look at how Ezekiel uses many object lessons in teaching Israel truths about the judgment and mercy of God. We will also explore his vision of the valley of dry bones, and the very descriptive instructions for building the millennial temple. By understanding the historical, political, and social context of the nation of Judah at the time of Ezekiel, we can understand how this prophetical book relates and applies to Christians today.
Counsel from the Bible
Class #1: Starts at 6:30 pm
Is Biblical Counseling just for a select group of “certified” para-church elites? Absolutely Not! God’s Word says, “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” Christianity today has been saturated with secular philosophy and worldly psycho-heresy. In no greater way is it seen, then in the modern “Christian Counseling” movement. This course will make clear that, for believers, the Lord is THE Wonderful Counselor and His Word, THE perfect and sufficient counsel. We are warned not to seek counsel from the ungodly, nor do we need to borrow or Christianize worldly methods and approaches in getting and receiving counsel. Instead, the need is great to return to the local church as the pillar & ground of the truth, and the Bible as God’s perfect counsel from which we have “all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.” This course will help students fulfill their God-given place of ministry within the local church in edifying other believers with, as well as receiving to themselves, true Biblical counsel from the Word.
